Warm Up:

Any Stroke
Catch Up
Any Drill

Work Out:

Today is all free, and the goal is to work the blue zones for speed. To that end, swim sets of 15 moinutes. You should be able to get two in easily. Concentrate on power and speed in the blue zones, and relax with easy stroke the rest of the way.

Take a two minute rest between sets.

Cool Down:

50 Pull
50 Kick
50 Choice
