WARM UP:

50 POTATO
Pull
Only Fly
Tarzan
Any Kick
Tarzan
Only Breast

WORK OUT:

Freestyle swim, 1000 yards. Every 4th 25, you will swim either breast or backstroke. Two minute break

Freestyle swim, 1000 yards, every 4th 25 you will do either all kick or all pull. Alternate kick and pull between the 25s.

Repeat as time allows.



COOL DOWN:

50 Pull
50 Kick
50 Drill
50 Easy Free
