Work Out:

3 x 500 Free as follows, 2 minutes rest between 2200

1) 500 Free~ as fast as you can

2) 500 Free~ no breathing in the blue zones

3) 500 Free~ every 4th 25 as breast or back

Cool Down:

100 Drill 2300

100 Pull 2400

100 Kick 2500
