Work Out:

5 x 200 Free as follows, 2 minutes rest between 1350

1) 200 Free~ as fast as you can

2) 200 Free~ no breathing in the blue zones

3) 200 Free~ every 4th 25 as breast or back

4) 200 Free~ kick every third pull

5) 200 Free~ long and easy

Cool Down:

50 Drill 1400

50 Pull 1450

50 Kick 1500
