Faster 50s on Time

WARM UP:

100 POTATO

Pull

Only Kick

Tarzan

Any Stroke

WORK OUT:

50s Free on descending time. Begin at :90, then :85, as far down as you can go. When you reach the fastest time you can make, repeat that time, then add 5 seconds until you are back at :90. The time is seconds until you have to be back off of the wall, not until you have to touch the wall.

If time allows, take a five minute break and repeat.

COOL DOWN:

50 Pull

50 Kick
