Tri Workout

Practice 12
February 15-16

Warm Up:

50 SURPRISE

Stroke of Choice
Undulation
Reverse IM
Pull
Right Arm Left Arm
IM
Swim
Eight Kick Switch                                                           

Work Out:

10 minutes swim, free.  Every 4th 25, sprint .  Watch breathing and arm placement in the water to avoid “smacking” with your arms when you get tired.

10 minutes free KICK only.  Watch for exhaustion in legs, and try to push through it.  Watch that your kick stays even and relaxed as much as possible.

Repeat as time allows.

Cool Down:

50 Kick                                                                                    
50 Pull
