Ironman Workout

Warm Up:

50 Pull
50 Kick
                                               
Main Workout:

An Ironman swim is roughly 3960 yards, which we will round to 4000 yards.  Can you do 4000 yards without stopping?  If not, how many can you do?

Pay attention to whether you have to change stroke, and how many times.  Also, be sure to note your starting and ending times, and how many yards you actually accomplish.

Cool Down: 

50 Pull                                                                                              
50 Kick
